The following Betting Rules established by Megapari (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”) define the procedure for accepting bets, paying out winnings, and settling disputes. They also outline the particular conditions applicable to specific sports and bet types. These Rules regulate all interactions between Megapari and its customers, both online through the official website and at any Megapari betting locations.

General Terms

Bets may be placed exclusively by individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (if higher than 18). By placing a bet, each customer agrees to comply with the official Betting Rules established by the bookmaker. Any violation of these regulations remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

By registering and participating on the platform, you confirm that you are not affected by gambling addiction and are engaging voluntarily and responsibly.

  1. Eligibility Restrictions: Persons under 18 years of age at the moment of placing a bet; individuals directly involved in the event being wagered on (e.g., players, coaches, referees, team owners, or management), as well as any person acting on their behalf or in cooperation with them; individuals representing other bookmakers; persons restricted by law from entering into agreements with a bookmaker.
  2. Legal Use and Jurisdiction: Accessing or using this website for betting, gambling, or related purposes may be illegal in certain territories (including, but not limited to, Russia, Belarus, Iran, the USA, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, and others). MegaPari does not intend for its services to be available or used in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited. The mere accessibility or translation of the website into a country’s official language does not constitute a legal right or authorization to use the platform. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that accessing and using MegaPari’s website complies with the laws of their country of residence. When registering, users confirm that gambling is legal in their territory and that they have sought independent legal advice before opening an account. If MegaPari determines that a user resides in a jurisdiction where the service is restricted, the company may close the account and refund the remaining balance (excluding winnings obtained after the most recent deposit).
  3. Acceptance and Settlement of Bets: The bookmaker reserves the right to reject any bet from a customer who fails to follow these rules or violates public order. MegaPari may refuse to accept a wager from any person without providing justification. All bets are settled according to official data provided by the processing center. Winnings are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the official publication of the event’s results. A bet is considered won only if all predicted outcomes are correct. Betting conditions (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum limits, etc.) may change after a bet has been placed, but the original terms at the moment of placement remain binding. Users must verify current market changes before placing bets.
  4. Technical and Error Provisions: In case of technical issues (stream interruptions, server failures, etc.), bets on Esports Live events will be refunded only if the event is canceled or not settled by the bookmaker. If an operator makes a mistake (e.g., incorrect odds or listing errors), the bookmaker may declare such bets void and refund them at odds of 1.0. Bets with obviously incorrect odds will be recalculated at the correct market odds. If there are suspicions of unsportsmanlike conduct, the company reserves the right to block betting on the event and void the bets once confirmed by relevant authorities. Such refunds are processed with odds of “1”.
  5. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Policy: MegaPari is committed to maintaining fair competition and preventing manipulation of sports events. The company fully adheres to the “Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions” (CETS No. 215) and all related international regulations. Bets may be voided if there is suspicion or confirmation of foul play, account misuse, or irregular betting patterns. “Foul play” includes deliberate match-fixing, corruption, or intentional loss of a competition for financial or competitive advantage.
  6. Amendments and Notifications: Any updates or additions to these Rules will take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Bets placed after the date of modification will fall under the new rules, while previous bets remain governed by the earlier version. A failed connection during bet confirmation does not cancel the wager. By placing a bet, the customer confirms agreement with the current version of the Betting Rules.
  7. Dispute Resolution and Liability: All bet settlements and winnings are based solely on results declared by the bookmaker. Complaints about results, dates, or event times are reviewed only alongside official documents issued by relevant sports authorities. Errors in team names, player names, or tournament titles do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation or refund. Tournament names are provided solely for convenience. Under no circumstances shall MegaPari be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, even if such risks were previously communicated.
  8. Financial Transactions: Deposits and withdrawals are available through the “My Account” section. Customers are informed about winning probabilities and the potential financial risks associated with gambling.

 

Accounts, Deposits and Withdrawals

Accounts

Each registered customer is allowed to have only one account. Customers may register only one account per family, address, email address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a customer are not permitted to register on the website.

Re-registration under a different name or email address is strictly prohibited. In cases of duplicate registration, fraudulent activity, use of another person’s or falsified documents, multiple violations of the company’s Terms and Conditions, or any suspicion of identity falsification, the company reserves the right to take the necessary measures as outlined below.

  1. Duplicate registration or submission of invalid, altered, or third-party documents.
  2. Multiple breaches of the company’s T&C.
  3. Doubts about the identity of the customer or the accuracy of their provided information.
  4. Fraud or attempted fraud, including refund or rake fraud, use of stolen or unverified cards, or any illegal activities intended to deceive or bypass legal restrictions.
  5. Placing bets while having knowledge of the event’s outcome or being able to influence it directly (e.g. participants, referees, coaches).
  6. Participation in betting syndicates or coordinated betting activities to exceed bookmaker limits or exploit promotional offers.
  7. Use of automated software or hardware, including bots, analytical programs, or exploitation of software glitches.
  8. Use of unfair means to gain information or bypass restrictions imposed by the company.

The company may request additional documentation to verify identity or other personal data, such as passports or proof of address. Payments may be withheld until verification is complete. A video verification or postal document submission may be required. Verification can take up to 72 hours after receiving documents, and results of a video conference may be provided within 5 working days.

If verification fails or data is proven invalid, the company may suspend transactions, void bets, and fully re-verify the account. If a customer refuses verification, the company may void bets, block the account, and freeze funds until ownership and payment methods are confirmed.

Following an investigation, the company may decide to block (close) the account, including duplicates, which may result in the loss of all bonuses and winnings. The company may, at its discretion, refund the initial account balance (excluding canceled winnings) or allow continued use of the main verified account while invalidating duplicate accounts.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account number and password. Any bets placed using valid credentials will be considered legitimate. If login information is compromised, the customer must immediately notify the bookmaker and update all passwords. Cash withdrawal codes and phone number change codes must not be shared with third parties.

The account holder confirms that all actions within the account are performed personally. If a third party accesses the account, full responsibility rests with the account holder.

If an account remains inactive for more than 3 months, the company may block it. To reactivate an account, contact the Security Team at [email protected].

If an account is blocked, access to all websites under the license holder Vdsoft & Script Development SRL will be restricted. Users will not be able to log in or use any services until the account is unblocked. This policy ensures the integrity and security of all platforms under the same license.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Customers can deposit and withdraw funds through multiple methods listed in the “Payments” section. All withdrawal requests are processed 24/7.

The Megapari Security Service reserves the right to:

  1. Reject withdrawal requests if deposits were made through e-payment systems.
  2. Deny withdrawals if deposit and withdrawal activity does not correspond to betting activity (the total amount of bets must equal deposits, with minimum odds of 1.1). Bets on opposite outcomes in games such as Roulette or Baccarat are excluded from the calculation.
  3. Refuse withdrawals if the betting account has been misused or requires verification prior to payment.

The company advises against transferring funds between payment systems or making deposits and withdrawals without betting activity. In such cases, funds will be returned to the customer’s account.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for deposits. If multiple methods were used, withdrawals must be proportional to the amounts deposited through each method. Megapari may substitute certain withdrawal methods (e.g., replacing e-wallets with bank transfers) at its discretion.

The use of third-party payment details is prohibited. The administration may consider such actions fraudulent and block related transactions without prior notice. Withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered customer may be denied.

In some cases, Megapari may not reimburse service fees applied by payment systems. The company may initiate payment verification procedures and request additional information from payment providers. During this process, the account may be temporarily blocked for up to 180 days depending on payment system terms.

If the customer violates the company’s rules (for example, by breaching the T&C or requesting a withdrawal before placing bets), Megapari reserves the right to deny the withdrawal. The current withdrawal limit is 10,000 per day. Transactions exceeding this amount require operator verification. The company may change withdrawal limits at any time without notice.
